Service by bailiff is indisputable evidence that the addressee has indeed received his document. The serving of a legal document can be made between 7 am and 9 pm, Monday to Saturday. It may, under certain conditions, be left in the mailbox, in the door accusation, to a person other than the addressee or any other appropriate manners.
